Join xMinds for an evening with Julia Bascom, the leading voice in the Autistic self-advocacy movement, which promotes the message “nothing about us without us.”  Ms. Bascom will underscore the importance of supporting neurodiversity at all levels, and the importance of self-advocacy for both individual success and moving society forward to be more inclusive of neurodivergent people. Ms. Bascom will also address how parents can help their children develop self-advocacy skills.

This event is suitable for parents, educators, professionals, and students who have questions about their diagnosis. Please submit your questions in advance when you register.
