Volunteer for the xMinds Forum 2019

Registration

• Assisting with registration and check-in
  Please arrive by 6:00 p.m.
• Breakout Session 1 Facilitator
  You will be assigned to whichever breakout session you have registered for.
  
  This tasks requires you to introduce yourself as an xMinds member, to make sure that attendees are in the correct session, and to facilitate the q & a portion of the breakout session as needed.
  
  Complete instructions will be provided in advance.
• Breakout Session 2 Facilitator
  You will be assigned to whichever breakout session you have registered for.
  
  This tasks requires you to introduce yourself as an xMinds member, to make sure that attendees are in the correct session, and to facilitate the q & a portion of the breakout session as needed.
  
  Complete instructions will be provided in advance.
• Bring bottled water
  Case of small bottles of water
• Bring packaged Snacks
  Bring a box of 25 packaged snacks.
• Clean up
  Help put classrooms back to original setting; clear cafeteria of chairs and tables after the Forum ends. We are typically finished before 9:30.
• Set Up Breakout Rooms
  Arrive at venue by 5:30 p.m. Check in with Laura Gordon, Melissa Egan, or Monica Martinez to receive instructions and a room assignment.
• Set up cafeteria and registration area
  Please arrive by 5:30 p.m. Check in at the cafeteria with Monica, Melissa, or Laura for instructions.
