Registration

  • Please arrive by 6:00 p.m.
  • You will be assigned to whichever breakout session you have registered for.

    This tasks requires you to introduce yourself as an xMinds member, to make sure that attendees are in the correct session, and to facilitate the q & a portion of the breakout session as needed.

    Complete instructions will be provided in advance.

  • Case of small bottles of water
  • Bring a box of 25 packaged snacks.
  • Help put classrooms back to original setting; clear cafeteria of chairs and tables after the Forum ends. We are typically finished before 9:30.
  • Arrive at venue by 5:30 p.m. Check in with Laura Gordon, Melissa Egan, or Monica Martinez to receive instructions and a room assignment.
  • Please arrive by 5:30 p.m. Check in at the cafeteria with Monica, Melissa, or Laura for instructions.
