TLC is offering FREE Speech-Language, Occupational Therapy, and Hearing Screenings between 10/14/19 – 11/15/19. Here is a list of red flags that may warrant an evaluation: Trouble following directions; Trouble pronouncing sounds or words correctly; Issues using correct grammar; Speaks too loudly or too quietly or with a hoarse or nasal voice; Frequently asks to have things repeated; Struggles with handwriting; Difficulty learning new motor tasks; Avoids coloring, drawing or cutting; Covers ears with loud noises; Always “on the go” or fidgety; Bothered by tags in clothing; or Annoyed by messy hands and fingers.
