Date: Runs for 8 weeks through May 29, 2020.

During this 8 week workshop series, parents will join Ivymount Program Director, Jennie Kampf and other parents of children with disabilities to learn about the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Training. Through ACT principles, parents will learn to practice courage and compassion (including self-compassion) in parenting, identify the values they have for their child and family, accept any difficult feelings and situations that stand in the way, and commit to actions that will move them closer to your values.
