Join us online for an introductory seminar on sexuality and developmental disabilities. This workshop is designed to help parents and caregivers become more comfortable with this important topic.

Let's work together to educate and empower our youth!

During the workshop, participants will:

  • Discuss the importance of comprehensive sexuality education and misconceptions surrounding sexuality education.
  • Learn about human sexual development and developmental disabilities
  • Gain knowledge about specific topics included in a comprehensive sexuality education curriculum
  • Share tips and resources to help you and your child


About our Presenter: Marsha Dorn, MS.Ed, BCBA

Marsha earned her Master of Science in Special Education with a concentration on Severe to Profound Disabilities and a Post-Master's Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Johns Hopkins University. She brings over 12 years of rich experience working with individuals with disabilities and their families in a range of settings, including clinical, educational, and vocational settings. She has experience with program development, management, and innovation; coaching, training, and facilitation- including international speaking engagements. Marsha is currently completing supervision toward her Sexuality Education Certification with The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).
