Raising Orchard Kids is hosting a parent support group led by three professionals who are also parents of neurodiverse children. You can drop into any sessions you'd like, as it is a flexible group and not a class.

Parenting a child with developmental, behavioral and/or learning differences can be incredibly challenging. You may find yourself facing difficult questions, such as: How do I process my grief in dealing with different expectations for my child’s life? How do I manage the anxiety of wondering how my child’s challenges will manifest on any given day? How can I prioritize self-care when meeting others' needs feels overwhelming? How do I help friends and family understand my child’s challenges and needs, as well as my own parenting challenges, in raising a neurodiverse child? How can I find other parents on a similar journey for empathy and support? How do I prioritize different types of therapies for my child when time and resources are limited? How do I deal with all of these issues with the current social isolation of COVID?
