This month, BES is happy to host Dr. Kim Richards, an Organizational Psychologist with a 20-year record of leading growth, change, and leadership development in Fortune 100 companies. Kim is the mom to two wonderfully complex children, 11 and 15 years, including one with ADHD superpowers, and is also a trained ADHD Coach for entrepreneurs, professionals, and parents.
