This presentation is FREE and will explore the challenges presented by providing FAPE to students returning to in-person learning from both a legal and an educational perspective. The presentation will assist parents, advocates and attorneys with determining current levels of functioning, appropriate recovery plans, revised IEPs, consideration of the need for additional special education services, and the legal rights to services.
