Topic: Executive Function: It's All in the Family

Participants will come away with an understanding of the role and impact of executive function (EF) in their lives and their families, as well as strategies for enhancing EF skills to promote healthy time management, planning, self-awareness, and mindfulness.​​​​​​

Brad Bernstein, LCPC, is a therapist at Crossroads Psychological Associates in Columbia and a school counselor at St. Paul's School in Baltimore. Brad serves on the HCAS Board of Directors.

Sarah Seeberger, MS, is a learning specialist at St. Paul's School and has many years of experience supporting students with ASD and their families. Sarah has a Masters of Education with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorder.
