Join xMinds for three one-hour, online sessions specifically designed for parents of autistic children to:

  • Reduce stress before, during, and after the holidays
  • Increase wellbeing and create/adapt traditions
  • Prioritize the important and negotiate compromises
  • Commit some time to yourself

The holidays can be a chaotic time and place huge demands on our autistic children, as well as ourselves. In this three-part series, we will explore what adjustments we can make and how mindfulness practices can help us (and our children) during this demanding time.

Session 1. IDENTIFY: What do you want and need?

Session 2. ADJUST: Releasing, adding, changing up traditions

Session 3. COMMIT: Practical Mindfulness Tools to keep the sanity

All sessions include a talk, a short guided meditation plus time for discussion.
