Location: Fitness for Health, 11140 Rockville Pike, Suite 303, Rockville, MD 20852
Cost: $125 per 80-minute session.

Ages 13-17: 4:00 - 5:25 p.m.
Ages 18-24: 5:30 - 6:50 p.m.
Ages 25 and up: 7:00 - 8:20 p.m.

Led by Ethan Ulanow, LMSW, the Interactive Social Skills program will combine traditional group therapy with innovative exercise technology to enable and reinforce skills used in real world situations.

Participants will gain valuable social, coping, and life skills, as well as have an opportunity to practice what has been learned each week by engaging in fun, interactive physical activities. Learn more online.
