"Zones of Regulation 101” will be an engaging introduction to the well-known Zones of Regulation framework used in many school and private practice settings to help children learn self-regulation skills and emotional control. Helping children find a way to understand and talk about what they are feeling is the first step toward helping them manage their emotions productively. If you have a temper monster or a sluggish sloth in your house, this might be just the thing to help all of you start 2021 in a more comfortable zone. Our host Danielle Dermer joined PDC in 2020. She is a graduate of Towson University’s BS/MS program and comes to us with experience in both outpatient and public school settings. She is a passionate practitioner and a fantastic colleague who is always willing to share skills and ideas with families and coworkers to help all our children discover what is possible.
