Ivymount Recreational Programs: IvyMoves Club

Ivymount Outreach

Location: Virtual.

Dates: Thursdays,  4 - 4:45 PM, starting February 4, for eight sessions.

Registration:  Register here. Minimum number of participants required for the group to run.

Cost: $80 ($10 per session)

Virtual after-school clubs provide a space for participants to stay social, practice new skills and have fun. Groups are led by Ivymount’s highly-trained staff and are designed for individuals of all abilities ages 6 - young adult. 

The IvyMoves Club features a mix of stretches, beginner’s yoga, and fitness exercises along with music to get you moving and shaking. Ivymount’s own Adapted Physical Education teacher Mr. B will be leading the fun! Each class, participants will engage in upper body, lower body, cardio or strength training movements. Fitness challenges and rewards will be celebrated throughout the session.
