 Improve your fitness and practice communication skills in this unique class designed to enhance self-confidence, build relationships, increase communication abilities and strengthen your body for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We will have gentle stretching, expressive movement, fitness training, friendship circle, and communication exercises.
