Bullying happens at all ages and places, and can be incredibly detrimental to a person’s wellbeing. It can be overwhelming to know how to respond, both as a victim and as a victim’s loved one.

We will discuss various skills for responding to a bully such as boundary-setting, advocacy, and scripted responses, as well as skills for supporting a victim such as validating feelings, affirmations, and advocacy.
