It is well-known that the winter holiday season can be one of the most stressful times of the year. Between stretched finances, complex relationships, few daylight hours, and loneliness, many of us may struggle with tough emotions.In this coffee (or hot cocoa) chat, we will discuss evidence-based strategies for promoting wellness this season.

Topics will include distress tolerance, healthy boundaries and managing get togethers, finding personal meaning, and more, before wrapping up with a Q&A.
