Come and learn how you can transition your loved one with disabilities to independent living with the supports to live a full life. ILO creates supportive communities for self-advocates and family members of ILO. ILO's plan for transitioning gets sharper every time we move a self-advocate to their own home. After seven years and 33 individuals living independently with ILO supports, we know how to be successful with this process.
