Summer Splash Park Get-Together

Host Organization: xMinds BIPOC Outreach Committee

Location:  South Germantown SplashPark at 18056 Central Park Circle, Boyds, MD 20841

Date and Time:  Sunday, August 6, 10 AM to 12 noon.  If it rains, we will cancel only if SplashPark closes. 

Registration:  RSVP required for a limited number of free passes on a first come, first served basis. UPDATE: PRE-REGISTRATION FOR FREE PASSES IS FULL. 

If you registered AND received a confirmation email from xMinds, you are all set. Please give your name at the door to receive your complimentary passes. 

If you registered and received a notification that you are on the waitlist, check your email to see if you received an offer for passes and follow the instructions to claim them before Saturday, August 5 at 10 AM.

Otherwise, cost at the door on the day of the event is $6.00 per person for ages 2 and up. Please let them know you are with xMinds for the discounted group rate.

Join xMinds families for summer fun on Sunday August 6, 2023 from 10 AM - 12 Noon. xMinds will provide snacks and drinks. Feel free to buy your own food from the snack bar. 

All MoCo families who have an autistic child are welcome!

Not familiar with our BIPOC Outreach Committee? We are the xMinds committee that is seeking to reach families who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color in Montgomery County who can benefit from fellowship of other families with an autistic child and the resources xMinds offers. If SplashPark closes due to bad weather, we will send registrants an email and post it on the xMinds facebook page.

Si se registró y recibió un correo electrónico de confirmación de xMinds, ya está todo listo. Dé su nombre en la puerta para recibir sus pases de cortesía.

Si te registraste y recibiste una notificación de que estás en la lista de espera, revisa tu correo electrónico para ver si recibiste una oferta de pases y sigue las instrucciones para reclamarlos antes del sábado 5 de agosto a las 10 a.m.

De lo contrario, el costo en puerta el día del evento es de $6.00 por persona para mayores de 2 años. Para obtener la tarifa de grupo, hágales saber que está con xMinds.

xMinds repartirá bocadillos y bebidas. Siéntase libre de complementar con su propio picnic o comprar comida en el snack bar. Las copresidentas del comité BIPOC, Daria Hall y Candace Oluwole, estarán allí para responder sus preguntas.
