Description: Please join this online workshop that Reka Daroczi, Lead Community Resource Advocate and Admissions Coordinator for the Outcomes Service at TLC, will present. Learn about transitioning to adult services after high school, independent living, and vocational programs for transitioning youth, along with possible funding sources. The presenter will also walk through TLC's admissions process for the Outcomes Services, from the initial intake to the first day of services.
