DATES: Begins January 14th, 2025, and continues weekly for a total of 12 weeks. Participation must start of the beginning or near the beginning of the program.

This group is a structured, closed group that helps members reclaim their lives from the cycle of OCD. Each week, participants will engage in focused learning and support, while also working through individual challenges with a small cohort of peers. This group offers a unique blend of community and tailored guidance using the principles of Inference-based CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Space is limited to create a safe space for members to break free from the cycle of OCD.
