The Black Coalition for Excellence in Education

is hosting a workshop for the parents of black students who attend MCPS and who have an IEP (or may need one.)  

This virtual workshop will feature a guest speaker, Marcy Rachamim Jackson, MA, followed by your choice of one of three offered breakout sessions.
