DATES: Weekly sessions on Tuesdays: May 20th through August 12th.

TIMES:  6:30PM - 7:30PM

LOCATION:  Virtual 

COST: $80 per group session

Untangle the Cycle Together - OCD Treatment Group is for anyone who wants to reclaim their lives from the cycle of OCD and/or may not feel ready for exposure.  The group is led by Lesley Worley, LCSW-C.

Using Inference Based-CBT and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, this group is a unique blend of clinical education and treatment as well as the support of peers.

Space is limited for individualized pacing & treatment.
