Join Cultivate Rehab for an inclusive, sensory-friendly Halloween trick-or-treating experience! Open to children and adults with disabilities and families/friends of those with disabilities, this event offers a calm, welcoming environment to celebrate the season alongside our costumed horses.

What to Expect

• Horses in Costume: Meet and trick-or-treat with our gentle horses dressed up for Halloween.
• Sensory-Friendly Fun: Enjoy accessible Halloween crafts, games, and activities designed for all abilities.
• Expert Support: Led by an Occupational Therapist and a Therapeutic Riding Instructor, both educated in disabilities.
• Registration & Timed Entry To ensure a sensory-friendly environment with minimal crowds, entry is capped at 10 participants per 30-minute time slot (4:00 PM, 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, and 5:30 PM).

How to Register: Select all time slots you are available for on the sign-up form and note your preferred time. Please fill out one form per participant for liability release purposes.

Groups & Families: If you are attending with a family or group, please note this on your form so we can place everyone in the same time slot.

Scheduling: Slots are filled first-come, first-served. We will do our best to honor your preference and will email your confirmed entry time one week prior to the event. This email will also include additional parking instructions. If you are attending with a family or group, please note this on your sign-up form so we can place everyone in the same time slot.

Safety Reminders: All participants and guests planning to interact with or approach the horses must wear closed-toed shoes.

Payment: You may pay for this event via bank transfer, Zelle or Venmo. An email will be sent with these details after you sign-up.
